🚨 Worst Laundry Experience – They Lost My Items!
I had a terrible first experience with Kleen Laundry, and I would never recommend them to anyone.
• They LOST my pillow covers, ruining my entire bedding set, which cost 500 SAR. Their compensation? A ridiculous 60 SAR, completely dismissing the actual value of my items.
• Billing Issues & Service Mix-Up: They overcharged me, provided the wrong service and instead of fixing it, they insisted I pay and refunded a small amount to my app wallet.
• Massive Delivery Delays: My order was days late, and when I followed up, they kept giving me automated, unhelpful responses.
• ZERO Accountability: Despite repeated requests to escalate the issue, I was ignored—no manager ever stepped in to resolve my complaint.
This was the worst customer service experience I’ve had with a laundry service. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers is unacceptable.
⚠️ Save yourself the headache—DO NOT use Kleen Laundry!
البرنامج فاشل - App bad
البرنامج مخيب للآمال. عطيتهم ثوبي الرسمي الجديد وتم فقدانه على انهم فتحو الكميرات ومع ذلك ماشافوا مين اللي اخذ ثوبي وبعد الانتظار آخر شي قالو بيعوضوني مبلغى بسيط كيفف كذا ولا ربع قيمة الثوب
The app is disappointing. I gave them my new clothes e and it was lost. They opened the cameras and still did not see who took my clothes. After waiting, the last thing they said was that they would compensate me for a small amount, how is it that it is a quarter of the value of the clothes
